R3VOLVED Inc. is not responsible for determining affiliate's association with schools or organizations. All registrants for #R3SCHOOLs must be a fan of R3VOLVED on Facebook prior to account approval. The program is currently only available in North America.
Eligibility for the #R3SCHOOLS program is determined at the sole discretion of R3VOLVED Inc. Reasons for ineligibility may include, but are not limited to:
(1) You are not affiliated with an appropriate organization.
(2) Your organization's website contains any content deemed inappropriate.
(3) Your organization has used spam email tactics to promote relationships or products in the past.
R3VOLVED Inc. will pay its #R3SCHOOLS program members 15% of gross product sales (total order excluding taxes and shipping). Commission payments are made quarterly for all fulfilled orders for which payment information has been received and processed. Commission payments will not be approved in affiliate reporting until order has been fulfilled. All commission payments will be made by cheque at this time and mailed to the #R3SCHOOLS owner's registration address.
If any orders require refunds in advance of quarterly commission payments, the associated commission amount will not be paid. If any orders require refunds following quarterly commission payments, the associated commission will be deducted from future payments.
The #R3SCHOOLS program contract is non-exclusive, for an indefinite period, and may be terminated at any time at the sole discretion of R3VOLVED Inc. R3VOLVED Inc. is not responsible for verifying affiliate association with schools or organizations.
